1. Open a new tab.
2. Enter about:config instead of an address.
3. Agree to the warning.
4. In the search bar, enter browser.mailto.dualPrompt and set it to true (double click it to toggle).
Next time you see the prompt, it will have a second button called Not now. Press it.
